Application Notes: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:8,000. Western Blot: Approx 60-65 kDa band observed in Jurkat lysate (predicted MW of 64-, 63- and 61-kDa according to NP_002810, NP_114367 and NP_114368). Recommended for use at 1µg/ml.

Purification: Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.

Buffer: 0.5 mg/ml in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH7.3 with 0.5% bovine serum albumin.
