Application Notes: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16,000. Western Blot: Approx 85-90kDa band observed in Human Brain lysates (predicted MWs of 86kDa according to NP_073613). A minor band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 75kDa. Recommended for use at 1-2µg/ml.

Purification: Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.

Buffer: 0.5 mg/ml in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH7.3 with 0.5% bovine serum albumin.
