Application Notes: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32,000. This product has been successfully used in transfected HeLa: (Maier et al, Biochem Pharmacol. 2008 Oct 1,76(7):862-72., PubMed: 18692027). Recommended concentration: 1-3µg/ml. ABIN185249 has been successfully used in WB assays with transfected HeLa cells (customer feedback, see Maier TJ et al., 2008).

Purification: Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
