Application Notes: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16,000. Western Blot: Approx 25kDa band observed in Jurkat and A431 lysates (predicted MW of 25kDa according to NP_006316). Recommended for use at 1-3µg/ml.

Purification: Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
