Application Notes
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16,000. Western Blot: A 26-28kDa band observed in human kidney, skeletal muscle and thymus lysates (calculated MW of 35.5kDa according to NP_060901). Recommended concentration: 1-3µg/ml. Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded tonsil, stains scattered cells in the interfollicular area compatible with mast cells. Recommended concentration, 1-2µg/ml.
Purification
Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
