| Application Notes | Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000. Western blot: Approx 170kDa band observed in rat renal cortex membranes (calculated MW of 149kDa according to Rat NP_596902.1 and 150kDa according to Human NP_005836.2). Data obtained from a previous batch and kindly provided by Dr. Antje Steinbach, Ernst-Moritz-Arndt University of Greifswald, Germany. Recommended concentration: 1-3µg/ml. IHC: In paraffin embedded Human Prostate shows strong cytoplasmic staining in small flat basal cells and weak cytoplasmic staining in the columnar secretory cells of the epithelium. Recommended concentration, 2-4µg/ml. ICC/IF: This antibody (from a previous batch) has been successfully used in ICC/IF for human primary hepatocytes as described in the following paper: Xu et al, Am J Physiol Gastrointest Liver Physiol. 2010 Jul,299(1):G126-35, PMID: 20395535. |
