Application Notes Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16,000. Western Blot: Approx 26-28kDa band observed in human testes lysates (calculated MW of 28.4kDa according to NP_000339). Recommended concentration: 0.3-1.0 µg/ml.
Purification Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
