Application Notes Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32,000. Western Blot: Approx 85kDa band observed in Human Placenta lysates (calculated MW of 89.4kDa according to NP_002547). Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3µg/ml.
