Application Notes: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32,000. Western Blot: Approx 22kDa band observed in Human Brain and Mouse Brain lysates (calculated MW of 23.3kDa according to NP_003072.2 and NP_570824.1). Recommended concentration: 0.01-0.03µg/ml. Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded Human Brain (Cerebral Cortex) shows axon/dendrite staining leaving cell bodies relatively unstained. Recommended concentration, 2-4µg/ml.

Purification: Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.

Buffer: 0.5 mg/ml in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH7.3 with 0.5% bovine serum albumin.
