Western Blot: Approx 35 kDa band observed in Mouse Brain lysates (calculated MW of f 33.8 kDa according to Mouse NP_034264.1). Recommended concentration: 0.1-1 μg/mL. Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature.

Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:4000.

Comment:

Immunofluorescence: Strong expression of the protein seen in the nuclei of HEK293 and U2OS cells. Recommended concentration: 10μg/ml.
