Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:4,000. Approx 38kDa band observed in Human Kidney and Liver lysates (calculated MW of 33.5kDa according to NP_001256.1). The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Qualtrough et al Gut. 2002 Aug,51(2):184-90, PMID: 12117877). Recommended concentration: 1-3µg/ml.
