Full caption (WB): EB067336 (2µg/ml) staining of Human T-lymphocyte lysate (35µg protein in RIPA buffer). Primary incubation was 1 hour. Detected by chemiluminescence. Data provided by anonymous customer. Immunohistochemisty: In paraffin embedded Human Thymus shows cytoplasm staining in select areas. Recommended concentration, 2.5µg/ml.

Purification: Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
