Application Notes
-
Approved: WB (0.1 - 0.5 μg/mL)
Usage: Suitable for the detection of TACI expression in human and mouse cells by Western blot. Human spleen cells, Raw cells, or Daudi cells can be used as positive control. This antibody also can be used in flow cytometry. Western blot analysis of 0.1 μg/mL of TACI in 10 μg/lane of Daudi lysate. A protein band of approximately 32 kD is detected. Western blot: 0.1-0.5 μg/mL. -
