Application Notes
-
Approved: ELISA (1:2000 - 1:10000), WB (1:250 - 1:1500)
Usage: This affinity purified antibody has been tested for use in ELISA and western blot. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user. Expect a band approximately 180 kD in size corresponding to phosphorylated IRS1 protein by western blotting in the appropriate cell lysate or extract. Minimal reactivity is observed against the non-phosphorylated form of the immunizing peptide. This antibody is phospho specific for pS307 of IRS1 protein. -
