Usage: Immunohistochemistry at 2 μg/mL on tissues fixed with cold acetone. Immunocytochemistry at 2 μg/mL on U251 cells. Western Blot (Western) at 2 μg/mL to detect whole tenascin under reducing conditions. ELISA: 2 x 10^10 M endpoint dilution Affinity constant Kd= 6.37 x 10^9.
