Description
All names and symbols: MARCH6, membrane-associated ring finger (C3HC4) 6, KIAA0597, MARCH-VI, RNF176, TEB4, membrane-associated RING-CH protein VI. Official Symbol: MARCH6. RefSeq number(s): NP_005876.2
Specificity
Human, Mouse
Application Notes
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16,000. Western Blot: Approx 100kDa band observed in Human Lung lysates (calculated MW of
103kDa according to NP_005876.2). Recommended concentration: 0.2-0.5μg/ml. An
additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 18kDa. This band
was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunising peptide. We would appreciate
any feedback from people in the field - have any such results been reported with other
antibodies/lysates? Have any further splice variants/modified forms been reported?
