    Toxin Neutralization: Neutralized Vero Cell toxicity of E. coli O157: H7 extracts when used ata 10 μg/mL concentration. Immunoblot: Detected SLT 1 when used at 1 μg/mL concentration. ELISA: Used as capture antibody at 20 μg/mL concentration (100 μL), Immobilizes SLT 1 fordetection by an HRP conjugate.
    Other applications not tested.
    Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
