Application Notes: Approved: ELISA (1:2000 - 1:8000), IHC, WB

Usage: Suitable for immunoblotting (western or dot blot), ELISA, immunoperoxidase electron microscopy and immunohistochemistry as well as other peroxidase-anti body based enzymatic assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency. This product has been assayed against 1.0 μg of Sheep IgG in a standard capture ELISA using ABTS as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

Handling Advice: Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Dilute only prior to immediate use
Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature.
Do NOT add Sodium Azide! Use of Sodium Azide will inhibit enzyme activity of horseradish peroxidase.

Storage: 4 °C,-20 °C

Storage Comment: Store lyophilized at 4°C. Once reconstituted, aliquot and store at -20°C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles. Store undiluted. Protect from light.
