Usage: Suitable for immunoblotting (western or dot blot), ELISA and immunohistochemistry as well as other phosphatase-antibody based enzymatic assays requiring extremely low background levels, absence of F(c) mediated binding, lot-to-lot consistency, high titer and specificity. This product has been assayed against 1.0 μg of Guinea Pig IgG in a standard capture ELISA using pNPP p-nitrophenyl phosphate catalog no. NPP-10 as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature.
