Description
All names and symbols: FPRL1, formyl peptide receptor-like 1 , ALXR, FMLP-R-II, FMLPX, FPR2A, FPRH1, FPRH2, HM63, LXA4R, lipoxin A4 receptor (formyl peptide receptor related). Official Symbol: FPRL1. RefSeq number(s): NP_001005738.1, NP_001453.1
Specificity
This antibody is expected to recognize both reported isoforms (NP_001005738.1, NP_001453.1) which are identical. Human
Application Notes
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:64,000. Western Blot: Preliminary experiments gave an approx. 49kDa band in Human Peripheral Blood Mononucleocytes, and Cell line U93l7 lysates after 1µg/ml antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 39.0kDa according to NP_001453.1. The 49kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. We would appreciate any feedback from people in the field - have any results been reported with other antibodies/lysates? Have any further splice variants/modified forms been reported?
