Description: EMR2 is an Orphan-B GPCR with an unknown ligand. EMR2 has five EGF-like domains in theextracellular domain and is highly homologous to CD97. Multiple isoforms of EMR2 areproduced by alternative splicing.

Specificity: This antibody detects EGF-Like Module-Containing Mucin-Like Receptor 2 (EMR2) atN-terminal extracellular domain. Species: Human. Others not tested.

Application Details

Application Notes: Immunohistochemistry on paraffin sections (2 - 24 ug/ml). Antigen retrieval: Steam slides in 0.01 M sodium citrate buffer, pH 6.0, at 99-100C for 20min. Remove from heat and let stand at room temperature in buffer for 20 min. Rinse in 1xTBS with Tween (TBST) for 1 min. at room temperature. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
