Specificity
- Recognizes mouse IgG2c, otherwise known as the Igh 1b allele of IgG2a. By ELISA and immunoelectrophoresis this Reacts with IgG2c in C57BL/6, SJL, C57BL/10, CB20, C57BL/6 by Balb/C crosses and pools of serum of outbred mice and does not react with L-chains or other IgG subclasses.
