Application Notes: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128,000. Western Blot: Approx. 90 kDa band observed in Human Brain (Cerebellum) lysates (calculated MW of 99.2 kDa according to NP_001070711.1). Recommended concentration: 0.3-1µg/ml.

Purification: Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
