Alternative name NR1I3 / CAR
Gene ID NR1I3
UniProt Q5VTW5
Immunogen The immunogen for anti-NR1I3 antibody: synthetic peptide directed towards the C terminal of human NR1I3
Sequence FHGTLRKLQLQEPEYVLLAAMALFSPDRPGVTQRDEIDQL QEEMALTLQS
Cross-Reactivity Dog (Canine), Human, Mouse (Murine), Pig (Porcine), Rat (Rattus)
Format Lyophilized
Reconstitution Add 100 µl of distilled water. Final anti-NR1I3 antibody concentration is 1 mg/ml.
Description NR1I3 is a member of the nuclear receptor superfamily, and is a key regulator of xenobiotic and endobiotic metabolism. The protein binds to DNA as a monomer or a heterodimer with the retinoid X receptor and regulates the transcription of target genes involved in drug metabolism and bilirubin clearance, such as cytochrome P450 family members.
Characteristics Antigen Size: 348 amino acids
Molecular Weight 40kDa
