Additional Information
| Immunogen | SDS-PAGE purified polypeptide from Chlamydomonas reinhardtii LHCII-typeII-enriched fractions |
| Format | Lyophilized |
| Description | Lhcbm5 is one of minor LHCII that associates with PSI in state-2 |
| Specificity | Predicted reactivity: Chlamydomonas reinhardtii. |
Application Details
| Application Notes | Recommended Dilution 1: 5000 with standard ECL (WB). Additional Information: This antibody cross-reacts with three major LHCII proteins of Chlamydomonas, which are slightly smaller than Lhcam5 on SDS-gel. 6M urea SDS-PAGE is one ofthe best systems that separate Lhcbm5 and the other major LHCII proteins. Thedilution of the antibody should be carefully determined to reduce thecross-reactions with other major LHCII proteins, we recommend for this purposeto use the dilution of 1: 10 000- 1: 50 000 . |

| Storage | store lyophilized/reconstituted at -20°C, once reconstituted make aliquots to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Please, remember to spin tubes briefly prior toopening them to avoid any losses that might occur from lyophilized materialadhering to the cap or sides of the tubes. |
