Application Notes: Approved: ELISA (1:20000), IF, IHC, WB

Usage: Suitable for Western Blot, ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Immunomicroscopy. ELISA: 1:20000 to 1:100000 using Peroxidase Conjugated Streptavidin and ABTS as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
