Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA and Immunohistochemistry as well as other phosphatase-antibody based enzymatic assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency. ELISA: 1:1500 to 1:6000. Western Blot: 1:500-1:2000. Immunohistochemistry: 1:200-1:1000. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
