Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA, immunomicroscopy and immunohistochemistry. ELISA: 1:10000-1:40000, 1.0 μg of Chicken IgM was used in a standard capture ELISA with Streptavidin) and ABTS 1.46 mM/Liter for HRPO as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested. -
