Specificity: Recognizes Antigen Determinant 1-12 of Salmonella O-antigens (A, B and D group). Strain Cross-reactivity: Cross-reacts with Salmonella paratyphi, Salmonella typhimurium, Salmonella enteriditis, Salmonella anatum and Salmonella selandia. Does not cross-react with: Salmonella cholerae, Salmonella newport, E. coli O55: B5, E. coli K12, Klebsiella pneumonia and Proteus vulgaris.

Purification: Protein G Column

Immunogen: Heat inactivated bacterial cells of Salmonella paratyphi (group A), Salmonella typhimurium (group B) and Salmonella enteriditis (group D).
