Application Notes

Peptide ELISA: Limit dilution 1: 8000. Western blot: 0.3-1 μg/mL. Approx 90 kDa band observed in human fibroblast A431 lysates(calculated MW of 100 kDa according to NP_064581.2).
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. -
