    Species reactivity (tested):Human.

    Purification

Ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide

    Immunogen

Peptide from C Terminus of the protein sequence according to NP_061155.2. Genename: ANLN
  • Application Notes

Peptide ELISA: Limit dilution 1: 64000. Western blot: Experiments gave an approx 75 kDa band in Mouse Brain lysates after 0.3 μg/mL antibody staining. It was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizingpeptide. Immunohistochemistry: 3-10 μg/mL. In paraffin embedded Human Kidney shows staining ofnuclei in some cells of renal tubules.
    Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
