Application Notes

Peptide ELISA: Limit dilution 1: 64000. Western blot: Experiments gave an approx 75 kDa band in Mouse Brain lysates after 0.3 μg/mL antibody staining. It was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizingpeptide. Immunohistochemistry: 3-10 μg/mL. In paraffin embedded Human Kidney shows staining ofnuclei in some cells of renal tubules.
Other applications not tested.
