Application Notes Peptide ELISA: Limit dilution 1: 8000. Western blot: 2-5 µg/ml. A faint approx 55kDa band observed in Human Bone Marrowlysates (calculated MW of 53.0kDa according to NP_055198). Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
