Application Details

Application Notes: Peptide ELISA: Limit dilution 1: 32000. Western blot: Preliminary experiments gave an approx 45 kDa band in Human Brain andHuman Liver lysates at 1 μg/mL. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with theimmunising peptide. Immunohistochemistry: 5-10 μg/mL. In paraffin embedded Human Kidney shows strongstaining of brush borders in Proximal Convoluted tubules.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
