Application Notes: Peptide ELISA: Limit dilution 1: 32000. Western blot: 1-3 μg/mL. Experiments gave a band at approx 100 kDa in Human Liver lysateafter 1 μg/mL antibody staining. This band corresponds to the 90 kDa band reported inliterature (PMID: 10601332). This protein has a calculated MW of 76.0 kDa according toNP_005849.
Other applications not tested.
