Specificity

An epitope on the alpha chain of H-2D b MAb 27-11-13 recognizes with the alpha 3 domain of H-2D b class I MHC antigen. The antibody cross-reacts with the alpha 3 domain of H-2L d , H-2D q and H-2L q , but not H-2K d or H-2D d . Reactivity with haplotypes k, f, p, r, and s has not been observed.
