The anti-SET07 Mab (Cat. #ABIN387779) is used in Western blot to detect SET07 in SAOS-2 (lane 1) and NIH/3T3 cell lysates (lane 2). Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human testis tissue reacted with SET07 Antibody, which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry, clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
