The anti-SNAIL Pab (ABIN388809) is used in Western blot to detect SNAIL in Snail-293 cells (flag-tagged). Data is kindly provided by Stefan Grotegut from University of Basel (Switzerland).

Western blot analysis of SNAIL (arrow) using rabbit polyclonal hSNAIL-D24 (ABIN388809). 293 cell lysates (2 ug/lane) either nontransfected (Lane 1) or transiently transfected with the SNAIL gene (Lane 2).

HepG2 cells were incubated with HGF for the time periods indicated. LiCl and MG132 were added 8 h before lysis of the cells. Snail protein levels and actin as loading control were analyzed by WB.
