The anti-PFKFB4 Pab (ABIN392786) is used in Western blot to detect PFKFB4 in mouse brain tissue lysate.

FTS down-regulates HIF-1 and HIF-1-regulated proteins in GBM cells. GBM cell lines were incubated under hypoxia (1% O2) for the indicated periods with FTS and then processed for the determination of PFKFB4 by WB. Samples of total cell lysates were also immunoblotted with anti-tubulin antibody.

Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human cancer tissue reacted with the primary antibody, which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by AEC staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry. clinical relevance has not been evaluated. BC = breast carcinoma. HC = hepatocarcinoma.
