Description The cytokine GM-CSF stimulates the growth and differentiation of hematopoietic precursorcells from various lineages, including granulocytes, macrophages, eosinophils anderythrocytes. Used in myeloid reconstitution following bone marrow transplant, bonemarrow transplant engraftment failure or delay, mobilization and following transplantationof autologous peripheral blood progenitor cells, and following induction chemotherapy inolder adults with acute myelogenous leukemia.
Specificity This monoclonal antibody reacts with natural and recombinant human GM-CSF. Does not show any cross reaction with other human Cytokines or Growth Factors testedsuch as M-CSF, G-CSFR, IL-8, IL-16, IL1-beta, TGFbeta-1 and TNF-alpha. Species Reactivity: Tested: Human. Add.
