Application Notes
-
Approved: ELISA (2 - 4 μg/mL), Neut (0.1 μg/mL), WB (1 - 2 μg/mL)
Usage: ELISA: In a sandwich ELISA (assuming 100 μL/well), a concentration of 2-4 μg/mL of this antibody will detect at least 1000 pg/mL of recombinant human IL-7 when used with biotinylated antigen affinity purified anti-human IL-7 (LS-C104559) as the detection antibody at a concentration of approximately 0.5-1 μg/mL. Western Blot: To detect hIL-7 by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 1-2 μg/mL. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant hIL-7 is 2-4 ng/lane, under reducing conditions and 0.25-0.50 ng/lane, under non-reducing conditions. -
