Application Notes
-
Approved: ELISA (2 - 4 μg/mL), Neut (1 - 3 μg/mL), WB (0.5 - 1 μg/mL)
Usage: Neutralization: To yield one-half maximal inhibition [ND50] of the biological activity of Human MCP-3 (100 ng/mL), a concentration of 1-3 μg/mL of this antibody is required. ELISA: In a sandwich ELISA (assuming 100 μL/well), a concentration of 2-4 μg/mL of this antibody will detect recombinant human MCP-3 when used with biotinylated antigen affinity purified anti-human MCP-3 (LS-C104664) as the detection antibody at a concentration of approximately 0.5-1 μg/mL. Western Blot: To detect hMCP-3 by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.5-1 μg/mL. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant hMCP-3 is 2-4 ng/lane, under reducing conditions and 0.25-0.50 ng/lane, under non-reducing conditions. -
