Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA, immunomicroscopy and immunohistochemistry. ELISA: 1:40000-1:160000, Streptavidin) and ABTS as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
