Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA and Immunoprecipitation. Western Blot: 0.2-0.5 μg/mL was sufficient for detection of the methylated histone by Western Blot analysis using melanoma cells in TBSt. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested. -
