Usage: ELISA: 1:33,000. 1 μg/mL of LS-C92154 (as capture antibody) forms an antibody pair with this antibody, LS-C92156,(as biotinylated detection antibody) for sandwich ELISA of aprotinin at sample concentrations of 4-250 μg/mL. Both urine and plasma samples diluted 1:1000 can be assayed against standards in buffer. PBS-based buffers are unsuitable for this assay and 0.2M glycine sodium buffer,  pH 8.8, is recommended for washing and dilution buffers. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
