Application Notes: Peptide ELISA: 1/64000. Western blot: Preliminary experiments gave an approx 40 kDa band in Human Liver lysatesand an approx 100 kDa band in Human Heart lysates at 1 μg/mL. Please note that currentlywe cannot find an explanation in the literature for the bands we observe given thecalculated size of 37.0 kDda according to NP_006782.1. Immunohistochemistry on paraffin sections: Human Uterus shows nuclear staining in theepithelial cells of the endometrial glands. Recommended concentration: 2 - 4 μg/mL.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
