Application Notes: Peptide ELISA: Detection Limit: 1/16000. Western blot: 0.3-1 μg/mL. Detects a band of Approx 50 + 45 kDa bands observed in Rat Thymus lysates and in lysatesof cell lne KELLY.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
