Usage: Immunohistochemistry on cultured cells. Immunochemistry on frozen ethanol fixed section. Immunochemistry on paraffin section: a protease pretreatment is recommended. monoclonal antibody cross-reacts with mucin of different animal species after period date pretreatment. Western Blot: strongly positive without mercaptoethanol pretreatment of mucin solution. ELISA or IRMA in combination with the 9-13M1 monoclonal antibody or the mixture of anti-M1 MoAbs. -
