Specificity: Human free C-peptide and proinsulin molecules. Recognizes three- dimensional structure generated by N- and C-terminal regions of C-peptide separated by beta-turn at position 47-50 of proinsulin. Does not cross-react with human, cow, pig or mouse/rat insulins.
