Background
-
FMNL1 (Formin-like protein 1) may play a role in the control of cell motility and survival of macrophages. FMNL1 (Formin-like protein 1) interacts with RAC1, PFN1 and PFN2 FMNL1 (Formin-like protein 1) is expressed in heart, brain, placenta, lung, liver, skeletal muscle, kidney and pancreas. FMNL1 (Formin-like protein 1) belongs to the formin homology family and contains 1 DAD (diaphanous autoregulatory) domain, 1 FH2 (formin homology 2) domain and 1 GBD/FH3 (Rho GTPase-binding/formin homology 3) domain.
