CD1C encodes a member of the CD1 family of transmembrane glycoproteins, which are structurally related to the major histocompatibility complex (MHC) proteins and form heterodimers with beta-2-microglobulin. Additionally we are shipping CD1c Proteins (3) and and many more products for this protein.

these results demonstrated the mechanism that suppression of CD1c by BCG (show SLC11A1 Antibodies) infection is mediated by miR (show MLXIP Antibodies)-381-3p
We found a significant difference in the density of intraepidermal CD1c+ cells between the examined lesions; the mean CD1c cell count was 7.00/mm(2) for invasive melanomas, 2.94 for in situ melanomas, and 13.35 for dysplastic nevi
Circulating atopic dermatitis pre-dendritic CD1c+ cells are premature and bear atopic characteristics even without tissue-specific stimulation, suggesting that their development is not only influenced by the skin microenvironment, but also by the local milieu in the blood.
human CD1c adopts different conformations dependent on ligand occupancy of its groove, with CE and ASG (show ARSG Antibodies) stabilizing CD1c conformations that provide a footprint for binding of CD1c self-reactive T-cell receptors
There was a significant increase of blood CD1c(+) myeloid dendritic cells in autoimmune uveitis patients. The mature phenotype and function of CD1c(+) mDC1 (show MDC1 Antibodies) were regulated by TNFalpha (show TNF Antibodies) via a p38 MAPK (show MAPK14 Antibodies)-dependent pathway.
decidual CD1c(+) dendritic cells with Toxoplasma gondii infection have enhanced cytotoxicity of decidual natural killer cells
hMPV-infected BDCA-1(+) and BDCA-3 (show THBD Antibodies)(+) mDCs induced expansion of Th17 cells, in response to RSV, BDCA-1(+) mDCs induced expansion of Th1 (show TH1L Antibodies) cells and BDCA-3 (show THBD Antibodies)(+) mDCs induced expansion of Th2 cells and Tregs
mLPA-specific T cells efficiently kill CD1c(+) acute leukemia cells, poorly recognize nontransformed CD1c-expressing cells, and protect immunodeficient mice against CD1c(+) human leukemia cells.
[review] Humans express both Group 1 (CD1a (show CD1A Antibodies), CD1b (show CD1B Antibodies) and CD1c) and Group 2 (CD1d) CD1 (show KY Antibodies) molecules with nonredundant functions in response to the presentation of endogenous lipids.
Activated dendritic cell subsets expressing CD141 (show THBD Antibodies)/CLEA9A/CD1c, likely recruited into the tubulointerstitium, are positioned to play a role in the development of fibrosis and, thus, progression to chronic kidney disease.
GMM-specific, CD1c-restricted T cells were detected in the circulation of all 4 rhesus macaque monkeys tested after but not before vaccination with BCG (show SLC11A1 Antibodies).
Data show that the CD1c+ cells were found to be mononuclear leukocytes rather than granulocytes, and most of them expressed CD20 (show MS4A1 Antibodies).
This gene encodes a member of the CD1 family of transmembrane glycoproteins, which are structurally related to the major histocompatibility complex (MHC) proteins and form heterodimers with beta-2-microglobulin. The CD1 proteins mediate the presentation of primarily lipid and glycolipid antigens of self or microbial origin to T cells. The human genome contains five CD1 family genes organized in a cluster on chromosome 1. The CD1 family members are thought to differ in their cellular localization and specificity for particular lipid ligands. The protein encoded by this gene is broadly distributed throughout the endocytic system via a tyrosine-based motif in the cytoplasmic tail. Alternatively spliced transcript variants of this gene have been observed, but their full-length nature is not known.
